Purpose/Mandate
The Conference Education Committee is a standing committee of the Board. The purpose of the Conference Committee is to:
- Develop an education program that provides opportunity for a broad range of topics of interest to members and other industry stakeholders reflecting emerging trends and issues as well as core business.
- Provide guidance in speakers’ selection.
- Recommend industry workshop topics and speakers.
Objectives
The Conference Education Committee establishes appropriate measures of success or Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in the following areas:
- Quality of speakers
- Growth of attendance
- Members satisfaction
